He was an active and respected board member representing Jeannette Lake for many years. During that time, he contributed a wealth of knowledge to our discussions. Personally, Ray went out of his way to make me feel welcome when I first joined the association a few years ago, and made himself available as a resource to answer the many questions I had. The time he volunteered on behalf of his neighbours at the lake was appreciated and valued by all of us.
