Obituary for Joseph "Papa Joe" Fike
Joseph “Papa Joe” Fike, aged 68, passed December 2, 2020 in Goodsoil, SK with his loving wife Christine and loyal dog Gracie at his side.
Predeceased by Joseph Fike Sr (Father), Troy Fike (son) and Grace Fike (mother).
Survived by his wife Christine, daughters Nicole & Kimberly, son in law Dave, grandchildren Bailey, Kahlia, Ainslie, Akoni & Malayah and great grandchildren Payton & Greyden. As well as many others who had been touched by his generosity and love.
A hard-working man, Joe was a brother of Local 110 Insulators Union for nearly all his working career. Only to move on in retirement and open a successful business in Goodsoil, SK. He was heard saying that all he wanted to do in his life was be a working man, always fixing or creating things for himself and many times for others. Joe was such a giving soul and changed many people’s lives.
Due to circumstances surrounding the Covid 19 pandemic and the regulations passed, we regret to announce there will be no memorial service at this time. Family & friends will honor Joe with a Celebration of Life in 2021.
